Here are two events you can visit this weekend to celebrate our big day!
The Rockwell Power Plant Mall has an ongoing exhibit for all SUPERMOMs at the South Court (fronting Zara). There are also workshops and booths at the North Court.
On Sunday, , May 13, Mommy Mundo in partnership with Miliya will be giving out free bead bracelets for moms, which children can create for themselves. *Valid for the 1st 100 visitors.
Working Mom magazine is also holding the HAPPY MOMMY event in Trinoma Mall on Sunday.
Highlights of the event include:

Dads can watch sports programs and play on the xbox in the dad’s lounge
free glitter tattoo and photo booth for kids

There’s something special for everyone in the family. In the afternoon there will also be a portion onstage featuring Mommy Matters‘ Real Moms, Martine de Luna of www.daintymom.com, Eliza Ypon of www.painterswife.com and Paola Loot of MommyTreats. They will share their mommy and fashion tips and show off their favorite Mommy Matters outfits.

For me, there is no day better than today. My friends and colleagues would sometimes be surprised when I update my Facebook status very late at night or send them messages really early in the morning. They ask, “Do you ever sleep?” Well, of course, I do. I’m just the type of person who wants to get the most out of every minute of my life because, hey, it’s the only one I have!
That’s why I could so relate to Smart’s “It’s Your Life” anthem, which was created by international artists James Banbury and Pete Davis. It’s quite a catchy tune, and frankly I’m not surprised after hearing that James had made string arrangements for Depeche Mode and U2 and that Pete had contributed to the albums of Gwen Stefani and The Spice Girls.
